Transitional Lower Level Basement Buildout

For this newly-built transitional home, we completed a 3,500 sqft build out of the total lower unfinished level, leading to the formal ground level covered patio. Entry staircase was opened up to the space, HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing updated as well as an extensive Bar/Pantry, Game Room, Family Room, Children's Play Room, Fireplace, Home Gym and Full Bathroom.

Pittsburgh Victorian Basement

150 year old 1500 sq ft bare-bones basement gets complete makeover - perimeter french drains, lowered floor for increased headroom, new staircase, hand-hewn posts and beams. Integrated powder room, wet bar, study, game room and living room areas

Multi-purpose Basement Remodel

For this remodel we did a complete build-out of a 3,000 sq ft modern unfinished basement. The focal point - a u-shaped traditional maple bar with seating for up to 12. Project was rounded out with a mirrored gym complete with windows looking out into main living space, a game area, movie viewing area and full bathroom.
